Companion Care

Providing social and emotional support for your loved ones.

Regular visits. Through regular visits, we gain insight into what your loved one can and can’t do. We are trained to recognize areas where more assistance is needed or to notice if there’s a decline in an area.

Conversation & company. Sometimes all your loved ones needs is company, somebody to talk to them on a regular basis keep them company.

Medication reminders. Our caregivers will remind our clients to take their medicines as scheduled.

Meal preparation. Basic meal preparation can become more challenging as we age. Whether it is unscrewing a jar lid or gripping a knife firmly enough to be able to chop up produce, our staff can assist with prepping meals for good nutrition.

Light housekeeping. Vacuuming, dusting, and light bathroom/kitchen cleaning are services we offer. We know that as eye site worsens, it’s harder to tell when things are clean. Not to mention, achy joints and mobility issues might prevent the ability to scrub out a tub or mop a floor.

Laundry services. Clean laundry is as essential as good hygiene. Regular laundry service will allow your loved one to spend more time doing what they love.

Grocery shopping, errand, and transportation. Our staff, with their rigorous screening, is in an ideal position to either help your loved ones with errands like grocery shopping, or to run the errands for them.

Recreational activities. We enjoy being your family. We are happy to play games, work puzzles, or take a walk down the block with your family member.

Mail & paperwork organization. Mail and other paperwork that hasn’t been taken care of in a while can lead to missed payments, penalties and fees. It can feel like an overwhelming burden to think about getting caught up. We help to quickly sort through the paperwork and create a filing system that works for everybody.

Live-in services. Our live in service staff have intensive training to make them an asset to your family and a true care giver.

24-hour home care. Sometimes you need somebody to help watch a family member 24 hours/day, but you aren’t ready for nursing home care. Try our 24-hour home care aides.

Family respite care. Caring for loved ones is not an easy task and sometimes you need to get away, be it for a meeting, for work, to run errands, and simply to take care of your own health. Respite care staff provides attentive care to your loved ones while you are not there.
